Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Keep North is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Canada Post or third-party carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Labour disruptions
- Incorrect customer information
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
