RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 16th 2026

At Keep North, we are committed to providing quality products and a positive customer experience. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sales are final on the following items:

- Sale or discounted items

- Pre-order items

- Limited edition or limited-release items

- Gift cards

- Promotional or clearance items

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless required under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible regular-priced items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, subject to approval by Keep North.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

- Unworn and unused

- Unwashed

- In original condition

- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

- Returned with original tags and packaging intact

Keep North reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS

Unless the return is the direct result of an error made by Keep North, the customer is solely responsible for:

- Return shipping costs

- Original shipping charges

- Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges associated with the return

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a tracked and insured shipping method, as Keep North is not responsible for returned packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by Keep North, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at keep.north.apparel@gmail.com and include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, Keep North may provide, at its sole discretion:

- A replacement item

- Store credit

- A refund to the original payment method

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Keep North reserves the right to deny refunds where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed or entered production.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keep North shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays, loss of use, or shipping-related issues.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights provided to consumers under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
